Ladesha Morton, on her behalf and on behalf of her four children, brings this action against the District of Columbia Housing Authority (“Housing Authority”), its Executive Director, Michael Kelly, and one of its employees, Lorry Bonds, alleging that the defendants violated their rights under the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794 (2006), the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601-3610 (2006), and the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12134 (2006), by failing to provide them a “heat controlled and rodent-free apartment.”…
