Oak Park, Inc., Individually and d/b/a Desert Springs Medical Center brings this interlocutory appeal from an order denying its motion to dismiss James Harrison’s suit for failure to file an expert report under Section 74.351 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. Tex. Civ. PRAC. & Rem.Code Ann. § 74.351 (Vernon Supp.2006).
