Auderiene Stroman, on July 22, 1952, filed this action naming as defendants the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company and several of its employees, and the Bay Cities Lodge Number 1039 of the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, an unincorporated labor union, and several of its officers.
