Plaintiff Radisson Hotels International, Inc. (“Plaintiff’ or “Radisson”) filed the instant lawsuit against Majestic Towers, Inc. (“Majestic”), The Lee 2003 Family Trust (“Lee Trust”), and Leo Y. Lee (collectively referred to as “Defendants”), on August 9, 2006.
