This is an .action of statutory ejectment, instituted by the appellant against the appellees, to recover the possession of certain real estate situate in Houston county, Ala. The litigation arose out of the conflict resulting from the probate of two alleged wills of Thomas W. Ansell, deceased, one in and through the courts of the state of Georgia and the other in and through the probate court of the State of Alabama. _ Under the testamentary instrument probated in the courts of the state-of Georgia, the appellant, Mittie E.
