On February 25, 2008, Plaintiff, Ralph S. Bucci (“Bucci”), doing business as Environmental Equipment & Service Company (“EES”), filed a complaint in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas against Defendant Wachovia Bank, N.A. (“Wacho-via”).
