This was an action on an insurance policy to recover for the loss of a building by fire. The property burned was insured for $750. and was alleged to have been destroyed by *602fire on January 6,1899. The trial resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff of $877.70 and judgment being entered thereon, the defendant appealed.
