Debtors-appellants Ralph Musilli and Walter Baumgardner seek the discharge of them debt to plaintiff-appellee Barbara Droomers for a judgment awarded to Droomers for Musilli and Baumgardner’s contempt of court. Droomers claimed that (1) Musilli and Baumgardner should be denied discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(7) for their obstructionist transfer of funds; and (2) the debt should be non-dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) because it was due to a willful and malicious injury caused by the debtors.
