*184Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Carol Berk-man, J.), rendered February 25, 2004, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of six counts of burglary in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent felony offender, to concurrent terms of 15 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
We reject defendant’s challenges to the sufficiency and weight of the evidence supporting one of his convictions.
