This appeal by the claimant in a Workmen’s Compensation case is from a judgment of the Baltimore City Court, in which the court, sitting without a jury, affirmed a decision of the State Industrial Accident Commission. The appellant sustained an accidental injury to his back, arising out of and in the course of his employment, on December 20, 1941. He was given first-aid at the company’s hospital, and the accident was reported to the State Industrial Accident Commission by the employer on December 27, 1941. He also signed a form of claim which…
