On March 3, 1944, the State Industrial Accident Commission awarded the appellant, Richard Miller, compensation at the rate of twenty dollars per week, payable weekly, not to exceed six thousand dollars, for “permanent total disability” resulting from an accidental injury arising out of, and in the course of, his employment by James McGraw Company, one of the appellees.
