WILLIAMS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court sustaining appellee’s motion for summary judgment. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.

Plaintiff-, W. A. Sheaffer Pen Company, sued defendant, The Sessions Company, for a debt covering the purchase price of certain merchandise sold and delivered in interstate commerce to defendant, and for statutory attorney fees. Attached to plaintiff’s petition was an invoice showing the shipment of the merchandise from Fort Madison, Iowa to the defendant at Dallas, Texas and providing, inter alia, that…
