Declaratory judgment action by Pacific National Fire Ins. Co., as plaintiff, against Hiram W. Kellum and wife, Ruth Kellum, and J. B. Wilder, as defendants, wherein plaintiff sought a judgment declaring no liability under a comprehensive personal liability policy (being a part of a combination household policy) previously issued by plaintiff to Hiram W. Kellum and wife Ruth Kellum. Plaintiff alleged that on May 9th, 1957 it had issued a certain policy of insurance to Hiram W.
