The Defendant, Benjamin Foust, was indicted and, following a jury trial, convicted of ten counts of felony first degree murder, two counts of premeditated first degree murder, four, counts of especially aggravated robbery, three counts of aggravated arson, and two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.
