Affirming.
The appellants herein, who are the heirs at law of Judge "Vincent Boreing, deceased, formerly a member of Congress from the eleventh district of Kentucky, instituted this equitable action in the Clay circuit court alleging themselves to be the owners of the- legal title and in the actual possession of a tract of land of some 1,600 acres, described by metes and bounds, and for relief they sought to have their title quieted, of the claims of the appellees, W. T. Garrard, E. T. Garrard and Kentucky River Timber & Coal Company, a corporation.…
