Petitioner is charged by information with possession of heroin for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11351). The information alleges that the offense occurred on or about July 26, 1973.

Respondent superior court denied petitioner’s pretrial motion to compel disclosure of the identity of an informant described in the affidavit upon which a search warrant had issued for the search of the premises where petitioner resided.
