Mathews and others, the appellants, against the Boston Machine Company and others, in'which'they prayed for an injunction and account o.f profits for an. alleged infringement of two certain patents granted to Washburn Race and S. R. C. Mathews, one dated April 30, 1872 (being a . reissue of a patent granted Jan.- 26, 1858), and the other dated Nov. 16, 1869.
