—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kreindler, J.), rendered April 6, 1992, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree (two counts), assault in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by *604vacating the provision directing that the term of imprisonment imposed for assault in the second degree shall be served consecutively to the terms of imprisonment imposed on the other convictions and substituting…
