On December 4, 1901, one-Theodore A. Mayer, appearing in person, in this court, presented a written accusation verified by his own oath, containing certain charges of fraud and deceit against Elbert D. Weed, a member of the bar of Montana, and asking for an order that the name of said Weed be stricken form the roll of attorneys and counselors at law. The accusation contains five separate counts.
