This appeal involves the interpretation of an ad valorem tax exemption. Appellant Aviall Services, Inc. appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellees Tarrant Appraisal District (“the District”) and Tarrant Appraisal Review Board (“the Board”).
