McLaughlin, J.), rendered November 19, 2003, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the first degree (six counts), burglaiy in the first degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal use of a firearm, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an aggregate term of life without parole, unanimously affirmed.
