VAN VALKENBURGH, Circuit Judge.
The Pulaski-Lonoke drainage district was organized prior to November, 1921. In a proceeding for the ascertainment of damages and benefits incidental to the establishment of a drainage ditch or ditches in accordance with the purposes of said drainage district, and with plans and specifications provided therefor, the assessment of benefits placed against the property of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company was $14,947.68.
