Appeal from a judgment of the superior court denying a peremptory writ of prohibition directed against the Los Cerritos Municipal Court to enjoin prosecution of a municipal zoning ordinance violation. The ordinance in question prohibits in the RS (single family residential) zones any radio or television transmitting or receiving antenna over 40 feet in height from the ground or 15 feet from the roof, whichever is less.
