This matter is before the Court on the complaint filed by Central Cooperatives, Inc. (Central) requesting that the Court recharac-terize or in the alternative equitably subordinate the unsecured nonpriority claim filed by Mary W. Irwin, a/k/a Mary L. Irwin.
