This admiralty case concerns competing claims to proceeds remaining from the sale of a Liberian shipping vessel, PRIDE OF DONEGAL. After a bench trial, the district court rejected the claim of Banchory Shipping Company Limited. Ost-West-Handel Bruno Bischoff GmbH v. Project Asia Line, Inc., 970 F.Supp. 471, 483 (E.D.Va.1997).
