This is an action to recover damages for the death of Minnie B. McClellen, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant. The verdict and judgment were for plaintiff. Defendant appeals from the judgment and from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
The deceased, a young woman about eighteen years old, was employed by defendant in its biscuit factory, which was conducted in a five-story house.
