ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO STRIKE DEBTOR’S RESPONSE AND DENYING DEBTOR’S MOTION TO DISMISS

This case was commenced by the filing of an involuntary petition by Julene A. Hockel. The matter came before the Court on petitioner’s motion to strike the debtor’s response to the involuntary petition, and on the debtor’s motion to dismiss the ease. Charles W. Ries appeared on behalf of the petitioner, Julene A. Hockel; and Michael S. Dove appeared on behalf of the debtor, Douglas J. Saunders.
