In this declaratory judgment action, Tom Lalor and Bumper Boy, Inc. (collectively, Bumper Boy) appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment *1126that Radio Systems and Innotek (collectively, Radio Systems) do not infringe two related Bumper Boy patents.
