Norman Lyle brought in the Circuit Court of Cook county a bill for foreclosure of a certain mortgage deed of trust made by Joseph Eosenberg conveying certain premises improved by an apartment house and securing certain notes signed by Eosenberg, of which notes Norman Lyle was the legal holder.
