*336CAVANAUGH, Judge:

This appeal is from a final order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dismissing appellant’s petition for PCHA relief without a hearing and permitting appointed PCHA counsel to withdraw. This case arises from the rape and robbery of a fifty-seven year old woman occurring on February 11, 1978. The appellant was charged with robbery, burglary and rape. On June 6, 1978, he appeared before Judge Samuel Smith, pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to an aggregate of not less than ten nor more than twenty-five years imprisonment.
