Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Ceresia, Jr., J.), entered July 26, 1999 in Albany County, which *545dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Board of Parole revoking petitioner’s parole.

Petitioner was released on parole after serving a portion of a sentence imposed for his conviction of burglary in the second degree. Thereafter, following a final parole revocation hearing at which petitioner elected to appear pro se, petitioner’s parole was revoked based upon a finding that he violated certain conditions…
