MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. Introduction
Pending before the Court is the defendant’s, Baronne Veterinary Clinic, Inc., motion for summary judgment (Docket Entry No. 65). The plaintiffs, Jim Simpson, Ken Ridenour and Lulabelle Karr as the administrator of Mel Karr’s estate, filed a response (Docket Entry No. 69), to which the defendant replied (Docket Entry No. 70).
