This is an action of ejectment by plaintiff in error, against defendant in error, begun in the circuit court of Moultrie county August 30, 1898, “to recover possession of one hundred feet of land on each, side of the railroad track of the defendant, as located over the north half of the north-west quarter of section 1, township 12, north, range 5, east of the third principal meridian, in Moultrie county, Illinois.” The pleas were not guilty and twenty years’ limitation.
