The question presented by this appeal is whether a vendee may compel the removal of permanent structures erected upon the land by the consent of the vendor and *341under his oral permission granting a license in the nature of an easement. It arises in this way: In 1901, R. M. Barker was the owner of about six acres of land in Carroll county, Kentucky, and lying between the Ohio river and the Carrollton & Ghent turnpike, near the city of Carrollton.
