The above captioned matter is an appeal from final orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Wyoming in Bankruptcy Case No. 88-05343-B. Appellant filed Notices of Appeal on March 19, 1990, and April 3,1990, challenging the bankruptcy court’s decisions dismissing the case and denying appellant’s motion to convert to chapter 12. 1 Having considered the materials on file both in support of and in opposition to the appeal, and being fully advised in the premises, the Court FINDS and ORDERS as follows:
