This case arises from a series of uranium supply contracts between plaintiff Exelon Generation Co., LLC, a power-generation business, and Heathgate Resources Proprietary Ltd., a subsidiary of defendant General Atomic Technologies Corp. (“GATC”), and between Exelon and GATC. Exelon sued GATC for fraudulent inducement and breach of contract.
