RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Debtor’s Complaint to De termine Dischargeability. At issue at the Trial was whether the Debtor was entitled to receive a discharge of those obligations she incurred to finance her higher education. At the Trial, three Defendants appeared: Case Western Reserve University; Educational Credit Management Corporation; and the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
