This is an appeal by the executor of the last will and testament of W. W. Bennett, deceased, from the order settling the final account of the executor and final decree of distribution in said estate.
In the will of the deceased, a number of special bequests were made, and the residue of the estate was given to his two daughters, Inez B. Siemon and Edna B. Allen. The executor qualified on February 8, 1934. An inventory was filed showing the value of the estate to be slightly less than $10,000.
