Kenneth L. Prudhomme pled guilty, without a plea agreement recommendation for punishment, to the first degree felony offense of aggravated sexual assault of a person younger than fourteen years of age. After a punishment hearing before the bench, the trial court found Prudhomme guilty of the charged offense and imposed a sentence of life imprisonment.
