¶1 Jack Sims appeals the trial court’s sentencing order prohibiting him from entering or residing in Cowlitz County. He argues that his banishment from Cowlitz *528County violates his right to due process and equal protection under the United States Constitution’s Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
