Relator, International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 34, AFL-CIO, sought review by certiorari in the district court of orders of respondent Vern Buck, as director of the Bureau of Mediation Services of the State of Minnesota, terminating the services of relator union as the bargaining agent for certain employees of Mount Sinai Hospital, Fairview Hospital, and Fairview-Southdale Hospital in proceedings submitted to arbitration pursuant to Minn.
