The plaintiff, appellee, Tina Wittrock, was an old lady sixty-eight years old and the sister of one of the defendants, August Hansen, by whom she was employed as a housekeeper on his farm in Crawford County, Iowa. The defendant, George W. Newcom, was an automobile dealer in Deni-son, Iowa, selling Plymouth automobiles, and the defendant, Raymond Atzen, was in the employ of Newcom as an automobile salesman.
