OPINION

BROWN, Judge.

¶ 1 Appellants Canyon Ambulatory Surgery Center (“Canyon”) and El Dorado Surgery Center (“El Dorado”) (collectively the “Surgery Centers”) appeal the trial court’s dismissal of their claims against SCF Arizona 1 (“SCF”) for alleged violation of SCF’s statutory and contractual obligations to pay workers’ compensation benefits for services rendered on behalf of injured workers.
