Plaintiff, the former wife of defendant, brought this action to recover certain sums of money allegedly due her under the terms of a written contract entered into as part of what the wife claims, and the trial court found, was a separation agreement. The trial court found that $1,194.35, plus interest, was due under the contract and entered its judgment in favor of plaintiff in that amount, plus costs.
