The named plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the business of outdoor advertising, and the other plaintiff, Backiel, is the owner of land in the defendant town which the corporation had leased and upon which it proposed to erect a billboard. The town has adopted a zoning ordinance and the land leased to the plaintiff is in a “business district” as defined in it.
