This is a malpractice action against an osteopath. At conclusion of plaintiff’s proofs, the circuit judge directed a verdict of no cause of action. The Court of Appeals found error in the circuit judge’s ruling prohibiting plaintiff’s counsel from calling for cross-examination, under the statute cited *294in the margin,1 an osteopath who assisted defendant in the surgical procedure out of which this action arises.
