I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, Gaile Biggers, filed this adversary proceeding against defendant, Isaac Wilson, and sought to except from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) a judgment against the debtor for sexual discrimination and sexual harassment. Ms. Biggers subsequently moved for summary judgment on the grounds that the doctrine of collateral estoppel (issue preclusion) gave preclusive effect to the decision by the Equal Rights Division of the Wisconsin Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations, which was upheld on appeal by the…
