GARRITY, District Judge.

The plaintiffs in these three proceedings in admiralty seek to recover damages against the defendant longshoremen’s union, its affiliated locals and certain union officers and members for breaches of a collective bargaining agreement for the unloading of ships in the Port of Boston. The agreement was executed both by the International Longshoremen’s Association (AFL-CIO) and its affiliated Locals 799, 800 and 805.
