This is an action to set aside and annul orders of the Interstate Commerce Commission in various proceedings re*815ported as Docket No. MC-F-9642, Long Island Motor Haulage Corp.—Purchase—P.A.L. Transportation Co., Inc., etc., 104 M.C.C. 718 (1968).
Jurisdiction is conferred upon this court by 28 U.S.C. Sections 1336, 1398, 2284, 2321-2325 and Section 10 of the Administrative Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C. Sections 701-706. Plaintiffs have standing to maintain this action by virtue of…
