Plaintiffs, a Pennsylvania corporation having its principal place of business in the City of Pittsburgh, and two individuals, residents of that city, who are the sole owners of the stock of the corporation and the managing directors and officers thereof, have brought suit for damages, compensatory and punitive, against the defendant under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, 1 28 U.S.C. § 1343, 2 “the Constitution of the United States, Art. 1 par. [sic] 10, cl. I, 3 Art. 4, par. [sic] 2, clause l, 4 and 14th Amendment, par. [sic] l.” 5 (Footnotes added.)…
